I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact
our Customer Care team with:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and
- A description of the fault
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.

I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on which delivery option you've chosen:
Standard Delivery & all other delivery options - 60 minutes after completing your order. In this case, contact us
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?
You'll be able to follow your order if it's been sent with a trackable service. You can check the latest updates by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into 'My Account' and view your order.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there aren't any known delivery delays, then contact our Customer Care team using the options below so we can help you further.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY PROMO CODE?
You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo/Student code' box.
Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply Code' and it will add the code to your order.
When the code has been applied to your order, you'll see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.
You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.
You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
